So what will I learn?

Over the course of the 2 days, our goal is to have every participant walk away with a clearly-defined action plan that speaks directly to a repeat problem, complex challenge or untapped opportunity at their respective workplace.

Here’s what the process involves:

1) Creating well-defined & comprehensive problem statements and designing problem canvases

2) Digging for the root causes of problems, challenges and/or opportunities 

3) Devising strategic action plans and learning how to test assumptions

4) Setting Minimal Viable Action Steps & Accountability Frameworks
