At Possibilities World, we are smitten with the Japanese concept of Ikigai.

Ikigai literally means the "reason for being" and it refers to having direction and purpose in life that is effortlessly aligned with your values, identity and inner essence. The concept is often illustrated with four overlapping circles, neatly folding into one another like a perfectly symmetrical origami, outlining passion, mission, profession and vocation with elegant clarity.

The aim is beautifully simple:  to locate the "sweet spot" that brings all of these elements seamlessly together and pinpoint  what you are meant to do and who you are meant to be in this world- not who you should be, but who you actually are.

 

Here's what we know to be true: every person has their own unique ikigai and our job is to help locate it, and support you in charting out the best way forward so you can fulfill it.
