we are impact-driven.
At Possibilities World, we think of our clients and partners as an extension of our family.
Since we only ally ourselves with like-minded values-driven companies and organizations that aim to do good in the world and believe in the power of their people, we commit ourselves whole-heartedly to delivering on our promise of positive impact so our clients' businesses and NGOs continue to thrive.
Their success is ours too.

HAS Piseth
CEO & Senior Facilitator
Chum Reap Sour!
I'm Piseth but many of our clients, participants, and friends call me by my nickname, Seth.
From the day I started at Possibilities World until the present moment - more than ten years now - I've learned the value of placing human beings at the center of their own learning and self-discovery. There is no cookie-cutter formula to what we do - rather, there is tremendous freedom and richness in acknowledging that every individual is motivated by different values and hold diverse perspectives. I like nothing more than to tap into this diversity and facilitate concrete impact and positive change in individuals and work teams alike.
I am honoured and humbled to serve and I welcome the opportunity to be part of your growth!

Michelle Morin
Founder & Senior Facilitator
Hi! I'm Michelle.
I'm a steadfast optimist, a believer in people, and founder of Possibilities World training solutions.
Twenty-five years ago, when we were choosing a company name, this one was not selected on a whim. Rather, the unshakable conviction that within every individual lies infinite possibilities served as our primary compass and central ethos.
Since then, many things have evolved but that guiding principle is still at the heart of everything we do.
What gets me out of bed in the morning remains the same now as it did then - the opportunity to work alongside all sorts of remarkable people, enabling them to tap into their best and truest selves, unlocking their full potential in both work and life.
There is no greater reward than witnessing someone shine bright the way they were born to do!

PAO Piseth
Training Programs Manager & Senior Facilitator
Sousdey! My name is PAO Piseth, and I've been part of the PW family since 2018.
What I love most about my job is facilitating leadership development training for youth and other adults in our community. They always amaze me with their energy, enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to try and learn new things.
When I'm not in the training room or developing new programs and curriculum, you can find me in the garden, lovingly watering plants, and feeding the beautiful fish at our center.
Learning, sharing, and helping others are my motivations and passions. Spending time with nature restores my energy and provides me with daily mindfulness.

TEM Vuthy
Finance & HR Manager
Hi everyone! My name is Vuthy and I'm the easy-going "numbers guy" behind Possibilities World. I've been part of the PW team for a decade and I value our sense of teamwork that feels more like a family to me than a work team.
Besides making sense of invoices, receipts, contracts and taxes, I also have fun jumping in wherever I'm needed and making sure both our client relationships, our team members and our training space are all in tip-top shape.
As a jack-of-all-trades, I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, both figuratively and literally. I can just as easily attend meetings with people from different organizations as fixing whatever needs remedied within our center walls and within our people's hearts.
I love switching things up!

Salav Oul
Senior Training Facilitator
I am a compassionate and intuitive facilitator. I guide my choices and facilitation style based on my core values of integrity, empathy, sustainability, learning, and authentic connection. I deeply believe that healing and wellbeing are the foundation of transformative leadership and systemic change, and that both begin at the individual level. My mission is to cultivate compassionate and transformative leadership so individuals can become their best selves and live with deep fulfillment and happiness.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Education, I bring a rich understanding of human behavior, brain science, educational and organizational psychology, pedagogy, and andragogy to my facilitation. I center and adapt my approach to meet the needs of each participant, combining evidence-based methods with healing, mindfulness, and restorative practices to help regulate the nervous system and promote wellbeing and work productivity.
I began my career as an educator through the Teach For Cambodia Fellowship Program, where I gained intensive leadership training and taught English and Financial Literacy to over 400 students, achieving more than 80% success in learning outcomes. I later transitioned into Human Resources, focusing on recruitment, selection, and matriculation, where I developed expertise in data analysis, synthesis, human resource development and workshop facilitation. These skills lay a strong foundation to how I approach my work.

SON Sokunthea
Training Facilitator
Hi! I’m Kunthea, often seen as the Gen Z voice in the team. My journey with Possibilities World began as a participant, but the experience inspired me so much that I decided to join the team full-time. I firmly believe in the power of learning through doing.
In my role, I enjoy the diversity of people, industries, and training programs I encounter. Youth leadership and team building are particular passions of mine. I am driven by the belief that we can achieve incredible things together and am committed to finding innovative solutions to make a positive difference.

PHOAN Sreyneang
Training Center Manager
Soursedai everyone! My name is Neang.
I have the enviable task of buying all the snacks and treats for each on one of the workshops we host at Possibilities World!
I also make sure that our training center is sparkling clean so everyone that walks through our door feels relaxed and comfortable - this is so important to each one of us at PW as its a central part of our values.
In the twelve years I've been working at Possibilities, our tight-knit teamwork is what I love most. Also, I enjoy that we live our values of togetherness and learning through an annual staff retreat where our team gets to visit other cities and provinces in Cambodia.
Discovery, learning and travel keep me motivated!

CHHIEV Ya

Hello everybody! My name is CHHIEV Ya, and I work part-time as a Junior Facilitator at Possibilities World. I love working as a team to create and run training programs. I'm easy-going and can adjust to different situations. I enjoy meeting new people.
I'm really happy to be part of the PW team. Everyone is so kind, supportive, and always encouraging us to learn and grow. I'm excited to improve my skills and achieve great results in my work and studies.
I love learning new things and sharing knowledge with others.

SAMBATH Sokleap
Communications Officer & Training Facilitator
Chum Reap Sour!
I’m Sokleap, but most people call me Leap.
When I joined Possibilities World two years ago, I didn’t just find a job. I found a place that feels like home. With my background in psychology, I have always been curious about people, how they think, what inspires them, and how small changes can shift the way they see the world.
Here, I combine that curiosity with action by helping others learn, share, and grow through meaningful conversations and training experiences. My work is about more than following a plan. It is about connecting with real people in real moments.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and spending time in nature. These experiences remind me why I do what I do, because the world is full of perspectives worth hearing and stories worth telling.
I stay here because I believe in what we are building, a community that learns together, grows together, and creates a positive impact in the lives we touch.
"A team is not just a group of people who work together; it’s a group of people who trust each other and
understand that every member’s contribution is vital to success." — Simon Sinek
