About the event

So what will I learn?

We divide the 2 day program into three different parts: 1) Mindsets & Habits to move from panic to purpose, 2) Creating "Second Brain" tools & platforms for effective task management & time optimization, 3) Innovative strategy development where you can transition into "working smarter, not harder."

Healthy Mindsets & Productivity Habits: In a world of instant responses and 24/7 availability, it's no wonder professionals today are feeling stressed and overworked. We kick off this highly-practical productivity program by looking at the mindsets, boundaries, and simple habits that professionals need to cultivate to set themselves

up for success...and saying "yes" to everything is a recipe for disaster! We explore tools like the "daily Big Stones", the 5-second rule, & various focus strategies that support individuals in setting their priorities for the day and diving in with purpose.

Creating "Second Brain" Tools & Platforms: The right tools and technological platforms can be a game-changer when it comes to effective task management, delegation, progress tracking, and prioritization. Here, we introduce the participants to the "Brain Dump" exercise where professionals can liberate some much-needed mental space and start the exciting journey of getting organized. We then explore how tasks can best be organized, tracked, delegated and followed up  by introducing professionals to technological and non-technological tools that help them not only identify tasks at hand but enables them to sketch out realistic workflows that not only meet deadlines but allows them to look ahead and anticipate future events and needs.

Innovative Strategy Development: Our training course closes out with a look at innovation and strategic design thinking - how to think critically and act collaboratively to maximize team strengths and optimize available resources in achieving common goals. All too often, professionals continue to work in the same way without taking a step back to consider better ways of executing their tasks. We challenge participants to evaluate their current workplace operations and reflect on smarter ways of getting things done...and done well.

Training Fee: $80 / person for 2-day program or $75 / person if 2 or more register from the same workplace *
