In the first part of our program, new managers and senior leaders will:

Learn how to clarify workplace expectations, set strong professional boundaries, and integrate healthy & consistent habits to keep their teams on track, drive ownership in shared goals, open active lines of communication & create high levels of team buy-in.

In this final step of the training, leaders will:

Explore the tendency to say "no" or "cannot" too quickly in the face of challenge rather than digging deeper and considering available options.
Learn about their own personal threshold of control, focusing on resources readily accessible to them and taking action in solving problems or resolving issues they encounter in their daily work swiftly and confidently.
Learn to anticipate all possible future scenarios to proactively consider mitigating strategies and solutions before a problem presents itself.
Understand how to optimize their resources "working smarter, not harder" and communicate action plans and changes to their team clearly & consistently.
