Chum Reap Sour! My name is Piseth Pao and I have been with the PW family since 2018.

What I love most about our work and my role, in particular, is facilitating leadership workshops for youth. They always amaze me with their energy, enthusiasm, curiosity and willingness to try learn new things.
​
When I'm not in the training room leading workshops or developing new programs and curriculums, you can find me in the Possibilities garden, watering all of the trees and plants that lovingly surround us, and feeding the schools of fish in our campus pond.
​
Learning, sharing and supporting others is my driving force and passion, and spending time in nature is what restores me and provides my daily meditation.

Twenty-three years ago, when we were choosing a company name, this one was not selected on a whim. Rather, the unshakable conviction that within every individual lies infinite possibilities served as our primary compass & central ethos.
Since then, many things have evolved but that guiding principle is still at the heart of everything we do. What gets me out of bed in the morning remains the same now as it did then -
the opportunity to work alongside all sorts of remarkable people, enabling them to tap into their best and truest selves, unlocking their full potential in both work and life.
There is no greater reward than witnessing someone shine the way they were born to do!

I like nothing more than to tap into this diversity and facilitate concrete impact and positive change in individuals and work teams alike. Soursedai! I'm Toer.
Since gardens and green surroundings are so important to mental well-being and overall health, I have the distinct responsibility of making sure that the outdoor spaces at Possibilities World are teeming with beauty and life.
From the vegetable patch to the fruit trees, from the jungle ferns to the fish that swim in our natural pond, I make sure our living spaces are ones that welcome, nourish and calm.
I have been part of the team for over seven years and am also the proud recipient of a PW social business incubator grant which has allowed me to start a landscaping business of my own called Green Thumb Gardening

Soursedai everyone! My name is Neang.
I have the enviable task of buying all the snacks and treats for each on one of the workshops we host at Possibilities World!
I also make sure that our training center is sparkling clean so everyone that walks through our door feels relaxed and comfortable - this is so important to each of us at PW.
​
In the ten years I've been working at Possibilities, our tight-knit teamwork is what I love most, not to mention the leadership style of our school director who is kind and cheerful. Also, I enjoy that we live our values of togetherness and learning through an annual staff retreat where our team gets to visit other cities and provinces in Cambodia.
