We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion of our 4 half-day professional development program with Kingdom of Wow's five remarkable Team Leaders. This program was designed to equip them with essential management and leadership skills, preparing them for potential QC or Middle Management roles as the company continues to grow.
During this program, we focused on three core areas:
Leadership Styles: We helped the team understand whether they fit more into the “X” or “Y” leadership style. This session allowed them to reflect on their approach to managing and inspiring their teams, fostering more self-awareness in their leadership journey.
Introduction to the 5S Model: We introduced the leaders to the 5S methodology—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. This organizational tool is key in creating a productive and efficient work environment. Through engaging discussions and practical examples, the leaders were able to understand how to implement this in their day-to-day tasks.
Continuous Improvement Mechanism: Lastly, we delved into problem-solving techniques and innovative strategies. We discussed the importance of consistently testing and improving processes to drive better results within the team. This session empowered the leaders with the mindset and tools for ongoing improvement.
The 3-hour sessions were held on a weekly basis, giving the team time to reflect on what they learned and put it into practice between meetings. We adjusted our schedule based on what worked best for the team, sticking with the optimal time of 8:30 am to 11:30 am.
The Kingdom of Wow leaders have shown great progress throughout the program, and we’re excited to see them step up into their new roles with greater confidence and a clear understanding of how to lead their teams effectively.
