Youth Leadership Development Program 2026 for Junior
Reimagine the Future. Reimagine Youth Development.
When your children, students, or young family members reach adulthood, what kind of person do you hope they will become?
Do you hope they will have the confidence to believe in themselves, the resilience to overcome challenges, the ability to make thoughtful decisions, and the compassion to build positive relationships with others?
More importantly, what are we doing today to help them build the foundation for that future?
The ages of 12–15 are a critical stage of development.
It is a time when young people begin to explore who they are, develop their identity, form deeper relationships, and become more independent in their thoughts and choices.
It is also a period where they face increasing challenges, including academic pressure, peer influence (Big role and the big concern) this can lead to engagement also isolation,
social media expectations, self-comparison, and uncertainty about their future.
While young people today have access to more information and opportunities than ever before, many still need support to strengthen their self-confidence, emotional awareness, resilience, communication skills, and ability to make responsible choices.
The Youth Leadership Development Program was created to support young people during this important transition by helping them understand themselves, build essential life skills, and develop the confidence to navigate challenges with purpose and responsibility.
Through experiential learning, reflection, teamwork, and supportive guidance, youth will be empowered to discover their strengths, develop healthy mindsets, build meaningful relationships, and take positive action in their daily lives.
