Here‘s the thing: not all learning or training programs are created equal.

Presentation styles and facilitation skills are key for keeping participants engaged in the learning process & for extracting learning from their experience.

During this part of the course, we explore how to lead impactful reflection and strategy sessions through targeted discussions, how to optimize body language and tone as a trainer, how to resourcefully manage large group dynamics, how to effectively use support materials to strengthen learning, and how to close out learning programs on a high.
